I just hope the memorial tree is not killed by motorholics as most are there. The city is negligent in enforcing its own non-trespass acts on this section of MGT. I was hit by a ctv video truck Jan 1 2008. I had a non union collar bone at the time. I've submitted pictures to the city o other miscreants including yahoo using parks for promo - complete with caratoriums. Patrick Brown told me to piss off because I did not get paid enough.
