Speaking of bike lane parking...I was down there last weekend and threw my chain resulting in a loss of balance and spectacular crash. maybe everyone's already thought of this, but my thought (and I put this on the CBC Radio bikeweek forum) was that cyclists should be able to photograph cars parked in bike lanes, send the photos to the police, and have the police issue a ticket to the motorist based on the evidence of the photo.P.S. - I LOVE it when cars are parked in the bike lane right in front of 55 Division at Coxwell and

Does anyone know where all those bikes came from or what will happen with them after?I like that they put up some artwork to make a big statement. I'm sure it helps in the news coverage.

No, I have not maintained it in awhile. While it got great media attention it did not reduce the number of people parking in the bike lane. There are just too many of them.
