Spin vs. Truth


Miller says the lack of progress is changing. Money set aside for cycling has increased -- to $3 million this year from $2.2 million last year -- and things are starting to move forward.

We're so far behind I can see my ass. Thank you very much.

One challenge may be that some areas of the city, like lower density or ravine settings, may get most of the money, yet many bike-dense areas won't have resource given to it for political reasons.
