We don't really have any bike lanes to speak of here in St. Catharines, however I can tell you that snow was built up about a metre or so from the curb, which pushed cyclists out even further into the road.
I swear our city is going in th opposite direction when it comes to bikes.

I recorded that on Dec 8th I think, and it remained that way for 3 weeks or so til enough melts took care of it.
I just rode the same route tonight as its the only spot with bike pads to change the lights, and its still clear - let's see what this storm brings.
