It was a fun ride, but the fun quickly diminishes when the police slow it all down and start handing out tickets. I think less traffic would get blocked if they just let it ride through. Ohwell.... I'm looking forward to next month...HALLOWEEN! Get those costumes, bike decorations, and funky light displays ready!
Since police have a quota of tickets to meet before the end of each month, would it not make more sense to schedule critical mass at the beginning of the month when fiveoh are less desperate to give tickets?
Maybe. The Police at Friday's and other CMs in the past have stated that they believe CM to be an OCAP event, which explains why they are being so aggressive.
