I dream of starting a campaign whereby if a cyclist sees a vehicle left unattended in the bike lane we would just reach over and deflate one of the car tires. Preferably a tire on the side next to traffic. That way the driver has to hang their ass out in traffic while putting on the spare. There would be no damage done to the car, just inconvenience to the driver.
In the short term, the car would remain longer in the bike lane. In the longer term, if this happened consistently enough, drivers might think twice about leaving their vehicles in the bike lane.
I don't advocate doing this while the driver is in the car unless you're on a critical mass ride. (although one time I did because I had guessed, correctly, that the driver wouldn't risk her manicure to do anything about it)

Nice, he looks pretty sheepish! Good passive agressive driver education.
I want to get some stickers made to slap on the windows of cars/trucks parked in the bike lane. It would make ME feel a little better.. :)
