I suppose it shouldn't be a surprise that the top four cities, also have the most cyclists.What perhaps does surprise me is Ottawa isn't first on the list. I seem to hear of more fatal accidents on a regular basis.You wouldn't happen to know which cities are 5,6 and 7?
