Very cool. A friend of mine got pulled over by a COP CAR last week for not having a bell, of all things. We think he just wanted to talk with her (wink-wink, nudge-nudge).
after that 2-week thing was over, i saw a police car parked (without driver) in the bike lane on college st., near U of T. glad they practice what they preach.
