This is "accidental" art - and before the City moves quickly to remove this "hazard" as I'm sure they'll deem it but they don't move to avoid similar "sculptures" to be made on Bloor St. pavement a foot away - a portable grinder should be used to rescue this art, mount it on a cross, and make sure it's placed somewhere in the City - almost certainly on some private property behind a fence - for a more permanent tribute to Toronto's commitment to urban cycling, but maybe it should be painted yellow first, and named. Any suggestions?
