50 Ways to say: No Bicycles! #5 - Construction -


St. George Street. Construction companies routinely pour cement 'ramplettes'
(little ramps) often along Bike Lanes. Despite already being relegated to the worst
part of the road, i.e.: the gutter, this practise creates another danger/obstacle
for cyclists. The City, of course, could care less.

I also just see snow. What are 'ramplettes' anyway?

No. Not snow nor ice. Definitely a ramp. I am going to post another example today to see what
me and other cyclists have complained about. I hit one last summer and wiped out.

Yes I drive through the mud and crap that is around those ramps all the time and when they are covered with snow and your not paying attion SURPRISE hmmm if they are not marked with a warning sign or such could you sue the city ??? ...... steeker
