In twenty years Toronto's 10-year bike plan just might get started, pretty sad that an American city is putting us to shame. They even have a Mayor fully behind the plan, in fact he is leading the charge to get things done, not one that dons a helmet for one day in June for photo ops.

Remember the car is king in Toronto they can Kill bicyclist's and Ped's and just get a little slap on the wrist for taking a LIFE and drunk drivers kill and are still out on our roads !
when i was in chicago i was told mayor daley is a cyclist. it's that simple. he is just doing what comes natural to him!
