wow! seems more folks can be found on bikes and busses than in cars. I am curious though, does anyone wear a helmet in Amsterdam?
There are no mandatory helmet laws in Europeanywhere as far as I know. That would be counterproductive.
man... if anythng like that happened around here, the police would be suspicious and start cordoning off and arresting people for... well, for whatever critical massers are charged with these days.
