Great idea! It's amazing to me (living in the Detroit, Michigan area) how forward thinking the folks are up in Ontario and Toronto in particular.
I'd like to see something similar to this in Michigan. Maybe an Amtrak special run on weekends from Detroit and Ann Arbor to Fort Custer State Rec. Area and/or to the nearest point to T.K. Lawless Park?

Its all about perspective... We get a bum deal for transit planning here in Toronto, but there are places where its much worse. Don't tell these people about Denmark though....
