Ahem. I think every cyclist in Toronto would like a BIG network of connected bike lanes.

There's a Big Gap between what Heaps said going into trying to do things for bikes, and as he tries for a good spin for electioning.
He's been avoiding filling in obvious gaps like Harbord, and where's the Bloor bike lane between Sherbourne and Church St. that Rae promised etc. etc.
And the City can hardly even put any paint down in a timely way for any bike lanes, new and old, and forget about colour - we can't do that here....
