This is a real problem in Joe Pantalone's ward too. When another stretch of Bloor was as roughly hacked it was rough for the entire summer. So we may get a hint of a bike lane on Harbord but Bloor gets trashed, though Bloor has more bikes and should have bike lanes too! Grr.
