Great photo!

I agree 100% with the sentiment expressed here.

It's bad enough to have a bike lane to the LEFT of parking, but to have its right line so close to the curb that driver's side doors open, COMPLETELY, in the lane is inexscusable.

For my own safety I would NOT ride in the lane, but take the lane of traffic to my left for as long as needed.
