Memorial for fallen cyclist on Wychwood

I am glad you are doing this, if not for many reasons, but even just one, that being, that I feel this persons identity has been overlooked and blame placed upon him. These are very slippery tracks as I ride over them daily and I feel very badly for the poor man that lost his life there.
